Bonn · Early Sunday morning, two young men were walking down Poppelsdorfer Allee in Bonn when they were attacked and robbed. They suffered minor injuries. Now the police are asking for tips.
Two young men are reported to have suffered minor injuries after being mugged on the Poppelsdorfer Alle early Sunday morning. The police explained that the two 22-year-olds were on the gravel road walking towards Bonn Central Station at around 5:40 a.m. when they were suddenly attacked by several men from behind. The attackers kicked them several times and, according to the report, were finally able to extract two wallets, a smartphone and other personal belongings of the victims before fleeing the area.
The 22-year-olds had to be taken to hospital by ambulance because of their injuries and were treated there on an outpatient basis. Now the police are looking for the perpetrators, who were in a group of about six people. So far it is only known that they were all about twenty years old and dressed in dark clothing.
