The first commercial tenants have moved into the new Urban Soul complex, situated at Bonn Central Station. According to information from the investor "Die Developer”, major tenant Design Offices has rented 3,000 square meters on five floors in the complex on Rabinstrasse. It is a provider of co-working spaces. The space it leases includes a 200 square meter room that can be rented for events - along with a spacious roof terrace. In the pictures shown, Bastian Julius (Developer), Enrico Iwen (Design Offices) and Hendrik Heßlenberg from Larbig & Mortag Immobilien made themselves comfortable on the terrace.

Heßlensberg's company is one of the first tenants, as is Designfunktion Einrichtung (Design Function Furniture). According to Julius, work on the other buildings in the project (a hotel and "Lifestyle House") is proceeding according to plan. As reported, a multi-million-dollar dispute is looming between the investor from the Zech Group and the city over the costs of the redevelopment on the former municipal properties.
