Bonn · Two protest demos will meet in Bonn on Saturday: A private group had registered a rally, the „Bonner Jugendbewegung“ (Youth Movement Bonn) is demonstrating against right-wing extremism.
The police in Bonn are accompanying two rallies near the World Conference Center in Bonn-Gronau on Saturday. The left-orientated Youth Movement Bonn wants to demonstrate against right-wing extremism. The motivation for their demo: A registered rally by a private initiative, which is taking place at the same time also near the WCCB.
According to GA information there are connections between the applicants and the initiative „Mothers Against Violence“. Authorities have classified the group, who has also rallied in other cities in North Rhine-Westphalia, as right-wing, populist-motivated. The police in Bonn are expecting a smooth running of both rallies.
