GIZ Experts speak about food insecurity
Bonn · A special talk in English will take place this evening on food insecurity and progress being made in that field.

From 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday evening, experts will speak on the theme, „Measuring progress towards ending hunger by 2030 – Update on the FAO Food Insecurity Experience Scale“.
The event will be in English and take place at GIZ, Friedrich-Ebert-Allee 40, 53113 Bonn, BM 10027/29 (Saal Donau). Speakers are:
- Dr. Ines Reinhard, GIZ Senior Planning Officer Rural Development, Food and Nutrition Security
- Carlo Cafiero, Senior Statistician
- Terri Ballard, Senior International Consultant for food security and nutrition, FAO Stascs Division
The event is open to all interested colleagues from BMZ, GIZ and other development cooperation institutions as well as to the interested open public.
