WACHTBERG-VILLIPROTT · On Thursday, passers-by made the annoying discovery of heaps of trash dumped illegally on a side road off the L158 near Wachtberg-Villiprott. The case has been referred to the responsible authorities.
The discovery of a large amount of illegally dumped garbage on the L158 near Wachtberg-Villiprot on Thursday caused much irritation. Someone disposed of several boxes of household goods and rubbish at the entrance to a service road between the "Beckers Kreuz" road in Villiprott and the hiking car park on the L158. The heaps of trash contained personal belongings such as a large photo of a child, clothes, tools and an old television set.
One of those who discovered the illegally dumped waste was so annoyed that he called police. Police spokesman Michael Beyer confirmed that the police arrived on the scene at around 2pm on Thursday. A complete report was made of the incident and it was given to the responsible authorities.
