Weather forecast Low pressure area Pamela brings rain to Bonn

Bonn/Region · This week will be rather rainy and cloudy in Bonn and the region - thanks to a low pressure area called Pamela. But already on Wednesday the weather will pick up again.

The weather in Bonn and the region shows off its wet and grey sides at the start of the week, with showers dominating the outlook, and temperatures of a maximum of only 27 degrees Celsius. As the German Weather service (DWD) in Offenbach reported, the low pressure area Pamela is going to bring rain and thunderstorms from the West over Germany.

Showers, thunder and lightning are all possible, in Bonn with a probability of about 70 percent. „But extensive rain as many are wishing for, is still nowhere in sight“, explained DWD meteorologist Magdalena Bertelmann. The temperatures in Bonn and the region will be around 26 degrees on Tuesday.

But on Wednesday, Pamela has to move over - to make some space for the next high. The clouds will dissolve during the day, and the temperatures will rise again to 29 degrees Celsius.
