Eurowings Mallorca home base

Cologne/Frankfurt · For the first time, Eurowings will station two aircraft on Mallorca. They will fly to destinations in Germany and other parts of Europe.

Lufthansa subsidiary Eurowings will position aircraft outside of Germany and Austria for the first time. It plans to station two airplanes in Mallorca.

The airline announced that beginning in May of 2017, it will station two passenger aircraft, Airbus A 320’s in Palma de Mallorca. From the vacation island, it will fly to destinations in Germany and other parts of Europe. Crews will be recruited locally and stationed in Mallorca.
