A 21-year-old appeared to have several superficial wounds. According to initial statements from witnesses, he had been involved in the altercation. He was taken to the hospital in an ambulance after being administered first aid on the scene. After that, he was arrested because police said there had been an arrest warrant issued for him. The 21-year-old was known to police because of narcotics violations. He was released from police custody after posting bail.
A 24-year-old, who possibly had a facial cut, was also treated in the hospital and subsequently taken into police custody. According to the current state of the investigation, he had been actively involved in the brawl. He is known to police for violence and property crimes.
The same applies to a 25-year-old who was treated in the hospital for cuts. He was suspected of involvement in the fight, and possibly using a knife. He was taken into police custody.
According to the investigation so far, there were others who were also involved in the dispute. Other possible victims may have reported to police at the city station in the course of the evening.
Witnesses observed that the brawl involved at least ten persons, and that a broken beer bottle and a knife may have been used. First findings indicate to police that the persons who were involved in the confrontation knew each other. A further investigation is being conducted into the background of the dispute by criminal police.
