"Eat simple, live easier." The name of the restaurant "Gin Yuu" comes from this saying. The concept of pan-Asian Pacific cuisine, which began in Frankfurt in 2010 and continued in Bonn's Ollenhauerstrasse in 2012, is now also available in Stuttgart and Bochum. In the beginning, the restaurant was based on the concept of the Vapiano restaurants with an open kitchen, chip card and remote to be brought to the table, vibrating when the food is ready for pick-up.
The idea for Vapiano idea and Gin-Yuu restaurants both come from the Bonn entrepreneur Kent Hahne. But the concept for Gin-Yuu has since evolved in that guests are now served at their tables. The dishes are based on an Asian cross-over cuisine that is Californian-modern.
