Flashlight concert at Poppelsdorf Castle
It's a shame that it's getting dark much earlier, but it also creates the backdrop for a special Bonn tradition: the torch concert in front of Poppelsdorf Castle, which attracts families with children year after year. For many of the young visitors, it is even their first concert - in the dark and on an open-air stage! The band Rumpelstil plays music for the whole family. Before that there will be children's make-up, a climbing tower, a wheel of fortune and a balloon competition. The Bunte Kreis Rheinland has been organising these concerts for eleven years and uses the proceeds to support the families of chronically ill children.
