Two employees of the Bonner Lebenshilfe have tested positive for the coronavirus. One of the employees of the facility for mentally handicapped people infected with Sars CoV-2 had not been on duty for several days because she had private contact with an infected person. Therefore, according to the Bonn health department, the probability that she could infect residents and staff while she was on duty is low.
However, the other employee who tested positive was still on duty until her test result and has so far shown slight symptoms of a possible Covid-19 disease. As a precautionary measure, all 40 residents and all other employees were tested, according to the health department. The results are currently still pending. In case of further positive test results, however, Lebenshilfe Bonn has worked out an emergency plan, the report continues.
The state of North Rhine-Westphalia has laid down hygiene and conduct rules for driving schools to enable their theoretical and practical operation. For this purpose, the known minimum distance of 1.5 metres must be maintained in the training rooms, mouth-nose protection masks must be worn and the surfaces must be disinfected regularly. The minimum distance requirement is abolished for practical driving instruction, although the wearing of mouth-nose protection masks is also mandatory, although these must not obstruct visibility while driving.
