Looking for a way to get involved in the local expat community? BonnEnglish organizes discussion groups with English speakers and English learners. They are always looking for volunteer discussion leaders, and open to anyone looking for ways to improve and practice English. Groups meet in local cafes to discuss new topics each week. Bad Godesberg Stadtfest (City fest): Annual fest in Bad Godesberg runs Friday - Sunday, a family friendly event with live music, street food, circus performances, puppet shows and a French market on Alten Bahnhofstraße. Official opening is at 4:30 p.m., Friday at Theaterplatz. Other days it will open at 11 a.m. Many shops will be open on Sunday.

Intercultural week: starts in Migrapolis - Haus der Vielfalt (House of Diversity), Brüdergasse 16-18. Street fest in Poppelsdorf: More than 50 exhibitors and clubs offer a colorful entertainment program on two stages, 11 am start and at 8 pm the band “Sunny Skies” will play, on Clemens-August-Straße between Poppelsdorfer Platz and the Botanic Gardens.
