COMING UP: The series “Literature d’Europe - New Texts from Europe”: featuring Walid Nabhan from Amman, Jordan, the son of Palestinian refugees. His 2013 debut novel won the National Book Prize 2014 and is now in English, “The Storks’ Exodus”. A discussion will follow the reading (English and German). Wednesday, March 22, in Haus der Bildung, Müllheimer Platz 1, Bonn.

Art for children and youth: Bonn and Rhine-Sieg County offering young artists a chance to discover their artistic talents with more than 40 initiatives until the end of June. The project is called “Junge Kunst - Neue Wege” (Young artists - new ways). There are art exhibition visits, concerts and theater visits followed by creative courses and projects. At the end of the festival in June, there will be three exhibitions. The website is in German only:
