Ichiban Noodlebar

In the center of Bonn, the Ichiban Noodlebar offers traditional Japanese noodle soups, so-called ramen. Freshly prepared, they are served either with beef, vegetables and soy sauce, or with tofu, spinach and seaweed.

As a starter the restaurant offers Edamame, Japanese beans with salt crystals, or filled dumplings with meat or vegetables. The restaurant also serves sake.

Ananda

In the pedestrian zone in the city center of Bonn and in Bad Godesberg near the Theaterplatz the restaurant Ananda offers vegetarian and vegan dishes. The menu includes lentil soup with ginger and vegetables, tomato soup with apple and ginger cream or mixed salads with mango and rice noodles. There are also Vietnamese summer rolls filled with glass noodles, carrots, white cabbage and tofu.

In Ananda you will also find an unusual variety of juices and smoothies. These range from the juice "Tornado", which consists of papaya, mango, orange and grapefruit, to the "Glücksritter" made of melon, pineapple, coconut, organic soy milk and sea buckthorn, to the "Paradise Garden", pressed from avocado, banana, melon, milk and coconut milk.

Cay Tre

The Vietnamese restaurant Cay Tre is located in the inner city of Bonn. Since its opening just under a year ago, the menu has been impressive with fresh summer rolls, homemade salads, soups with rice ribbon noodles and lukewarm glass noodle bowls.

The Cay Tre is popular, especially on warm summer evenings all tables in front of the restaurant are occupied. Those who want to get the most out of the waiting time, should try one of the homemade lemonades with ginger.

Cassius Garten

The Cassius Garden at the Cassius-Bastei has been in existence since 1989 and is considered the grande dame among the vegetarian and vegan offerings in Bonn. In addition to antipasti such as tomato with mozzarella and olives, there are countless salads, for example with fennel and apples or glass noodles, coriander and sesame seeds.

There are also vegan chocolate and orange cakes, homemade ice cream or freshly squeezed juices and smoothies.

Mandu

It is a small snack bar with a few bar seats and tables, which are well occupied almost at any time of the day. At Mandu opposite the University of Bonn at the Hofgarten you can find Korean specialities at a reasonable price. The menu ranges from Korean sushi, which at least in Mandu clearly differs from the Japanese variant, to Chab Chae, a glass noodle salad with onion and carrot, which is extremely popular, but can only be ordered as a main course on Fridays and Saturdays.

Guests can also choose between different variations of the Mandu. These are dumplings prepared with hot kimchi, vegetables or meat.

Anabelle’s Asia Shop

In the heart of Rheinbach lies Anabelle's Asialaden, which consists of a fast food restaurant and an Asian grocery store. The restaurant has been open since 2008, cooking with fresh ingredients. The menu includes Asian pasta and rice dishes with vegetables, tofu, beef or prawns, as well as papaya salads or Thai Tom Kha Gai, a soup made from coconut milk, bamboo slices and lemon grass.

Casbah

The Casbah at Siegburg Markt serves Mediterranean and vegetarian cuisine. Guests can choose between spaghetti genovesi with a tomato-pesto sauce with parmesan, tagliatelle with vegetable strips in white wine broth or salad with falafel and tomato yoghurt sauce.

According to the restaurant philosophy, the owners attach great importance to vegetarian and vegan dishes as well as purely organic ingredients.
