Bonn · The international travel website "Big 7 Travel" has selected the 25 best döner kebab shops in Germany. Third place went to a locale in Bonn, which won out against well-known competitors from Cologne and Berlin.
The travel and food website "Big 7 Travel" has selected a döner kebab shop in Bonn as the third best place to get a döner kebab in Germany. It is the "Vivats Grill", which has been in existence since 1984. The locale says it is the oldest döner kebab shop in Bonn.
In their explanation for the ranking, the experts praised the tasty meat sold in kebab sandwiches and on bread rolls. The falafel from the "Vivats Grill" also has a good reputation. "One cannot go through Bonn without stopping here for a döner”, commented the judges.
The kebab shop "Alaturka" from Stuttgart made it to first place. With the "Mangal Döner" in sixth place and the "Kebapland" in 13th place, two shops from Cologne also rank among the top 15.
