He assumed his current duties as Commercial Consul and Principal Commercial Officer in Dusseldorf, Germany on July 17, 2015. In this role he is responsible for promoting U.S commercial interests in Western Germany and encouraging investment by German firms in the U.S. market.Prior to his current role, Ken served as Commercial Attaché in Moscow from 2011 to 2014. His portfolio of responsibilities included the vital Russian oil and gas and agricultural machinery sectors. While in Russia, Ken coordinated trade missions, executive visits, as well an industrial standards event in cooperation with the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade. He was awarded with the U.S. Department of State’s Franklin and Meritorious Honor Awards for his work to promote trade.
